Family

Consist of parents and their children, considered as a group, whether dwelling together or not: stick together through thick and thin. Builds understanding and happily lived in one house. A group of person closely related by blood.

Marriage

A relationship where two people have pledge to lived together, and has a legal commitment formalizes their decision to lived together as married couple.

Two definition can build relationship as family. Lives together, raised their child, helps together with the circumstances.

How it last?

There's no such thing as perfect, no perfect family and no perfect marriage that cause into separation of couples, rising issue about them can brought a lot of problems leads into different ways, so the worst on this situation it builds misunderstanding about the custody of their children. As the situation like this the parents are running out of time to spend with there children, there can be more busy with there own and single life.

Child Custody

Child custody or guard ship a legal terms which sometimes used to described a relationship between a parent and his or her child, parent's legal authority to make decisions affecting child, parent's duty and the residence of the child during the separation. Child custody laws also concern to the visitation rights of the non-custodial parent. In fact custody decision are strongly influenced by individual circumstances of each individual case. Child custody involves physical and legal custody, it refers to the responsibility of taking care of the children(physical custody), another is refers on the responsibilities for the decisions that affect child interest.

Most problems on child custody

When a judge grants custody to either one or both parents, there will be specific guidelines, rules, and instructions that must be followed at all times. When a parent breaks the rules or fails to abide by the terms of a child custody order, problems can arise. There are many problems that could affect a child custody arrangement. One parent refuses to abide by the terms of a visitation schedule.



  • One parent doesn’t allow the other parent to see the child, even if the other parent has custody or visitation rights
  • One parent moves the child out of state without consent or approval from the court
  • One parent takes the child out of the state or country without the other parent’s knowledge or consent, even if it’s just temporarily
  • One parent continually cuts the other parent’s custody or visitation time short
  • One parent keeps the child longer than his/her set time
  • One parent makes a legal decision without consulting the other parent

. How can we save marriage separation?

· Talk with your spouse about what your individual goals are for the separation. Are they the same or different?

· Try to reach agreement that neither of you will date anyone else during this period of time. If your marriage is going to have the best chance possible, you’ll want to agree not to have sexual entanglements with others so you can continue to work on your relationship.

· Set a tentative time period for the separation, such as three months. At the end of that time, you can both re-evaluate the decision in terms of what’s best for each of you.

· Agree to seek individual and joint counseling during the separation to address the key problems and issues that have caused conflict in the marriage. This is an ideal time to do some deep individual work on your own personal issues as well as to address core relationship issues.

· Set guidelines that you both agree to about how much contact you’ll have during the separation and what kind of contact it will be. It doesn’t do any good to have a separation if one spouse or the other is calling on the phone every five minutes and constantly wanting to talk more about the problems. The separation is supposed to reduce conflict and give each person some space and relief from constant pressure and arguments.

Legal separation

Sometimes a judicial separation a legal process of two married couple they formalize their separation. A legal separation is granted in the form of a court order, which can be in the form of a legally-binding consent decree. Legal separation does not automatically leads into divorce. There are some remedies concerning on reconciliation of two couples.

Divorce or dissolution of marriage is the final execution of marriage, canceling the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage and dissolving the bonds of matrimony between married persons. In most countries divorce requires the permit of a judge or other authority in a legal process. It may also involve issues of child custody and child support on financial.

Annulment a legal process of declaring the marriage as null and void, from the beginning annulled marriage can be considered to be invalid, unlike divorce it is the final stage of marriage where they cancel all the resposibilities and permit the jugde to hold the authority to process all the requisites.

How to fix Broken relationships?

· Apologize, fixing the problem, even if you feel that a person done wrong to you, you can start conversation the process of repairing broken families ties by apologizing.

· Figure out why your relationship broken, it might have a reason why relationship cause into separation. Just figure out why it happens.

· Forgive and move on, now that you have committed ,you must forgive yourself and and your mate for all the pains and circumstances passes on your relationship.

· Change your self,if possible you can’t change your partner so you’re the one whose going to forgive, though its hard but it’s a matter of practice to make your relationship more better.

· Communicate with your partner, always open a conversation between you and your partner, you should always tell them how much you love and care them so much it can decrease worries and helps to make relationship work.
